Shipping policy

Made to order. Each hat is produced after you order it. Production takes about 5–10 business days.

United States. Shipping is free. Delivery takes 3–7 business days after production, so plan on 2–3 weeks from order to door. You’ll get a tracking email when it ships.

International. Rates are calculated at checkout. Delivery times vary by country. Duties and import taxes, where they apply, are the customer’s responsibility.

Address changes. Contact us within 24 hours of ordering. We can’t redirect a package once it’s in production or shipped.
