By placing an order on dinksyland.com you agree to these terms.

Products. Hats are made to order in limited runs. Colors on screen may differ slightly from the finished product. Editions are limited to the quantities stated and will not be restocked.

Pricing and payment. Prices are in US dollars. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel and refund any order placed at an incorrect price.

Orders. We may cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including where fraud is suspected. You will be refunded in full if we do.

Shipping and returns. See our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.

Intellectual property. All designs, artwork, names and text on this site belong to Dinksyland and may not be reproduced without permission.

Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.
